- Cooperate with the church authorities in preventing familial breakup / split of Catholic families in Lebanon and its consequences on the children.
- Assure implementation of the relevant sound religious ( pastoral and other means) steps to help families facing problems.
- Assure the rightful implementation of legal procedures at the Catholic religious courts in Lebanon .
- Advocate for women’s and children’s human, social, and economical rights of families facing breakup.
- Conduct research and studies to define and analyze the effects of the familial breakup on all members of the Catholic family in Lebanon from a human, religious, social, and economical perspective.
- Study amending and updating the current laws at the Catholic religious courts in Lebanon, and lobby for the needed change.
- التعاون مع الكنيسة لمنع التفكك الاسري لدي طائفة الملكيين الكاثوليك وتاثير هذا
على الاولاد ومستقبلهم.
- التاكيد على تطبيق الاصول الدينية والرعوية لراب الصدع في الاسرة .
- الحرص على حسن تطبيق الاصول القانونية في المحاكم الروحية لطائفة الملكيين
الكاثوليك.
- الدفاع عن حقوق المراة والطفل، الانسانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، في اي
صراع اسري.
- القيام بالبحوث والدراسات لتحديد وتحليل دوافع ونتائج التفكك الاسري على
الصعيد الانساني، الاجتماعي، والاقتصادي وضمان حقوق كافة اطراف الاسرة.
- العمل على دراسة، تطوير، وتحديث القوانين المرعية في المحاكم الروحية لدى
الطائفة الكاثولكية.
- Coopérer avec les autorités ecclésiastiques dans la prévention de rupture familiale / scission des familles catholiques au Liban et ses conséquences sur les enfants.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre du bruit pertinentes religieux (les moyens pastoraux et autres) des mesures pour aider lesfamilles confrontées à des problèmes.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre légitime de procédures judiciairesdans les tribunaux religieux catholiques au Liban.
- Avocat pour les femmes et les droits humains, sociaux etéconomiques des enfants de familles confrontées à la rupture.
- Mener des recherches et des études pour définir et analyserles effets de l'éclatement familial sur tous les membres de la famille catholique au Liban à partir d'un point de vue humain, religieux, social et économique.
- Etude et mise à jour modifiant des lois en vigueur dans les tribunaux religieux catholiques au Liban, et militer pour le changement nécessaire.
